B&B@t53 was founded and started providing guest accommodation in 2002, when the present host & owner Tony Mitchell decided he would like to have a try at the hospitality industry for himself.
Having grown up with a mother who always worked in small hotels, and having lived in many of these Hotels and accommodation establishments himself over the years, As well as finding himself un employed due to retrenchment , he thought it a good time to have his only asset, an old house built in 1927, transformed to provide guest accommodation.
The B & B is by no means a luxury five star establishment, but we can happily boast a 3 star rating as graded by the Bed and Breakfast association.
Our motto and mission statement is to provide homely clean affordable guest accommodation to all races colours and creeds whilst at the same time maintaining the stance that firstly and for mostly this is a home, and although rewarding, one's lifestyle should not in any way be compromised or sacrificed to achieve the end result.
